NR 305 Pathophysiology and Pharmacology for RNs

Explores the pathophysiological and compensatory mechanisms underlying disorders commonly seen in nursing processes. Critical analysis of these pathophysiological and compensatory mechanisms is used to examine the pharmaceutical agents used for treatment. Prerequisite: Admission into the DON and RN-BSN track, graduation from an accredited school of nursing, unencumbered nursing license, BI 231 /BI 232 , BI 233 /BI 234 , CH 101  or their equivalents. 3 hrs
