HI 331 History of Britain II

This second part of the History of Britain addresses the history of the British Isles from the beginning of the Stuart period in 1603 to the present. Topics studied in this course include the institution of constitutional monarchy, creation of the United Kingdom, British imperialism, Victorian society, and the World Wars. Prerequisite: junior or senior standing or permission of instructor. 3 hrs (Fee $7)
